Facing a monumental challenge in vibrant Las Vegas for Super Bowl LVIII, a historic first, our objective was clear: shine amidst the spectacle. Innovating, we adorned pedestrian bridges along the iconic Las Vegas Boulevard with dazzling décor—a first-ever feat. Strategic placement of massive creatives ensured visibility at the downtown stadium.
Meticulous planning played a critical role in the intricate projection mapping production as well. Securing approval from city ordinances, typically restricted due to traffic concerns, was a complex process. Video mapping involved three days of meticulous template creation to project content accurately onto the building's architecture. Logistics posed challenges, particularly transporting heavy projectors onto the roof without elevators. Safety precautions, including the use of cranes, were paramount to ensure everyone's well-being.
With GMR leading design, bluemedia navigated Super Bowl complexities, fostering seamless communication across all entities. From major hotel brand relationships to projector installations with Bellagio Las Vegas, every detail was meticulously handled.
