Our role began with comprehensive consultation and site surveys in the host city, setting the foundation for the entire project. Collaborating seamlessly with the NFL creative team, we played a pivotal part in shaping and executing innovative ideas for the event execution, mirroring our contributions to NFL and Super Bowl events.
Our role shifting was both a challenging and exciting part of this project. Our services extended to the green room, where prospect players made their entrance. Here, we assumed responsibility for creative production and installation, ensuring that the graphics within the green room were nothing short of spectacular.
Connecting the green room to the main stage, we were entrusted with both the production and installation of the Player Walk, seamlessly bringing the two areas together in line with the NFL's design.

Our Solution
Creating Graphic Masterpieces Across the Event Spectrum
Throughout the event, we executed our graphics package with unparalleled precision. This included the execution of graphics on the main seating floor, as well as in and around the VIP area and the NFL on-location space.
Further, inside the draft theater, where the NFL network set was located, we handled graphics installations that seamlessly integrated with the event's overall aesthetic.
Our services also encompassed miles of secured perimeter fence mesh graphics, adding both visual appeal and functionality for crowd control.
We undertook the wrapping of a building situated adjacent to the main stage, using it as a canvas for our striking projections. Furthermore, we creatively transformed the sky bridges connecting the host hotel and Union Station into captivating backlit boxes.
As we reflect on the Kansas City Draft, we celebrate our success in transforming events.
